QR Checkpoints
Install a unique, cryptographically secure QR code at every checkpoint — Main Gate, Parking, Block A, Fire Pump Room and more. Each token is random, not a guessable database ID, so codes cannot be spoofed.
GPS Verification
Every scan captures latitude, longitude and accuracy from the guard's phone and compares it to the checkpoint location using the Haversine distance formula. Configure an allowed GPS radius per checkpoint.
Guard Tracking
See exactly where each guard is, which checkpoint they scanned last, and how far along their route they are — updated automatically as scans come in.
Patrol Routes
Group checkpoints into ordered patrol routes such as "Night Patrol", with expected duration, start/end time and allowed delay. Reorder checkpoints with simple up/down controls.
Shift Management
Create recurring shifts (e.g. Night Shift, 10 PM – 6 AM) and assign a guard and a route to each one, with repeat days for automatic weekly scheduling.
Incident Reporting
Guards can report incidents — theft, fire, intruder, suspicious activity, CCTV problems and more — directly from their phone with category, description, GPS and multiple photos.
Photo Evidence
Require a photo at sensitive checkpoints (like the Fire Pump Room) or on any incident report for extra proof.
Missed Checkpoint Alerts
GuardTour automatically flags checkpoints that were skipped, scanned out of sequence, or scanned outside the allowed GPS radius.
